For clients importing from China for the first time, their concerns included: quality, quality control, and production time. Some clients had concerns about the stability of product quality and process compliance when first cooperating with Tianshi Can Manufacturing, particularly regarding key indicators such as welding sealing and pressure resistance not meeting product storage requirements.

To address these concerns, the Tianshi Can Manufacturing team immediately formed a dedicated team to develop a “process visualization” service plan based on the client’s core needs. We provided the client with a detailed tin can production flow chart, marking the technical standards for key steps such as material cutting, stamping, welding, leak detection, and painting. Subsequently, we invited the client to participate in online “Remote Supervision” visually demonstrating the operating procedures of each production line through real-time video conferencing, with a focus on explaining the optimized double-seam welding process and airtightness testing procedures for oil cans. After completing samples according to the client’s requirements, we sent samples to enhance the client’s understanding of the product. Ultimately, the client not only dispelled their concerns and signed a container purchase order but also subsequently listed us as a core supplier, resulting in continuous growth in annual cooperation volume.
